“Boxes of Delight” (“Boîtes à bonheur"): interview with Olivier Yéni in M le mag, supplement of the newspaper Le Monde
More and more companies are organising activities designed to improve their employees’ well-being. Objective: preventing burnout and improving competitiveness. This is the subject of Lisa Vignoli’s article in the supplement to the newspaper Le Monde this week, in which she interviews Olivier Yéni.
“Talking about the body is something personal. Personal issues and business do not necessarily mix. Nevertheless, it is a trend. I’m not sure whether it is because of a growing malaise at work or because there is now more of an acceptance that a person is both a head and a body,” muses Olivier. Lisa Vignoli was impressed by Acte Sept’s approach, which emphasises well-being in the area of spoken communication in the service of greater efficiency.
