Innov 'action: the 2016 Convention for ATMB teams prioritised interactivity in the service of innovation.
How to get 350 employees actively involved in the road map of the ATMB 2020 business plan over an afternoon? This was the challenge that Acte Sept set out to meet at this 12th annual ATMB convention.
Taking place over 2 equivalent sessions on 5 and 7 June 2016 at the Archamps Convention Cent, near Geneva, the ATMB convention (Mont Blanc Motorway and Tunnel) mobilised all the participants in pursuit of the “ATMB 2020” business plan and, more particularly, as part of a participatory approach aimed at stimulating innovation in the day-to-day exercise of their profession. Acte Sept devised a programme combining interactive plenary periods, participatory workshops to foster day-to-day innovation and relaxed get-togethers at the end of the day. Acte Sept gave particular care to the support and coaching offered to those on stage–from the Managing Director to the security officer–especially given the specificities of a central stage enabling a greater proximity with participants.
