Orientation seminar for young lawyers at the law firm, Cabinet Fidal: the "advisor" culture at the centre of the system

Redesign of the 2018 edition for this key moment in the career path of young professionals in order for them to get to know each other and the law firm better. On the menu: digital interactivity, creative team building, DISC, “Lawyer-Advisor” posture, etc. and the Acte Sept touch with common-thread facilitation by Olivier Yéni.

The challenge was exciting: how to optimise a formula that already works well? To make it happen, we have called on our “events”, “acting” and “training” expertise to design a programme that combines real training time, in particular on DISC learning, and “Acting” with teambuilding that is oriented towards live creativity. Our capacity for advice and facilitation has also enabled us to strengthen the structuring and clarity of the programme around the common thread “Lawyer-Advisor”: how to evolve from an expert posture to the posture of advisor in relation to the client?
