Deployment throughout France during strikes ? We did it !

October 2019, a client calls: Bayer Healthcare asks us to imagine the content of a one-day training course. Our first challenge: to revisit customer relations for 150 ultra-experienced medical sales reps who have been learning communication techniques for an average of 20 years. Second challenge: to organize and deploy this day 38 times in 5 days, in 7 French cities. So what did we do at Acte Sept? We put our heads together and rolled up our sleeves !

In terms of content, we designed a very “Acting” oriented day with one objective: to boost the quality of our relationships with healthcare professionals. How did we achieve this? In small groups of 4 participants to keep you on the move, and lots of exercises outside the professional context to revisit your experience from another angle.

On the orga side, we opened our Excel spreadsheets and picked up our phones to schedule the coaches! A month's work, and we're ready to go !
