To stimulate well-being in the workplace, Biogen has embarked on the “WeMouv... Positifs !” project, and has called on us to support it. Just the thing : at Acte Sept, we know that enthusiasm and positive communication create performance !

WeMouv... Positifs !” is the 1st project in the vast ‘WeMouv!’ program, and aims to develop a culture of enthusiasm and trust at Biogen, where everyone is encouraged to express themselves and welcome a diversity of viewpoints. Acte Sept was consulted on this project, and more specifically on the theme of feedback, with the aim of developing this culture within the company.

And we at Acte Sept were delighted, because we love to advise and train on feedback ! Yes, our 17 years of experience have taught us that behind the communication technique lies a profound change in our relationships with others, which, with practice, become fairer, more authentic, benevolent and effective. And contributing to this is what motivates us so much !

For Biogen, we have devised two stages in this acculturation process. Stage 1 took place on November 7, with the training of 37 Biogen managers. A day of intensive training, the positive results of which were immediately felt by the teams. Stage 2, at the end of the confinement period, with workshops and lunches for the 140 head office staff. We can't wait !

We've also started thinking about another project, “WeMouv ! It's just as exciting, but it's too early to tell you more... ;)

And all the while respecting time constraints ?

He and his team decided to call in an outside partner: Acte Sept took up the challenge and launched into facilitation !

In each city where the debate took place, we deployed a method based on timed periods of reflection and exchange: we talked, we listened to each other, we rephrased and we asked clear questions. The feedback is unanimous: the plurality of opinions is heard and respected, and explanations are well received.

A particularly relevant tool in a context of reflection, transformation or emerging from crisis.
