Medical Management: training together to talk better... and talk better together !

A new team, ambitious objectives, numerous demands: how do you cultivate a quality working relationship in this very challenging context ?

The Medical Department of AstraZeneca France has decided to undertake a collective training program for its employees, with a view to making progress together on the levers of more effective collaboration/cooperation and a greater sense of well-being at work.

The approach alternates between moments of collective impetus, within the framework of seminars, and individual training according to needs.

It began in August with the non-verbal dimension, an essential element in any quality relationship, and will continue with the themes of feedback, dealing with change, and positioned communication.
