Mastering crisis communication

[+pagetitle+]

Dalkia, one of France's leading energy services companies, chose Acte Sept to help train all the players involved in its crisis communication system.

The media landscape is changing fast. Communication channels are multiplying, and mastering them is becoming more delicate. Against this backdrop, the EDF Group subsidiary wanted to strengthen its crisis communication capabilities.

To meet this need, Acte Sept has developed a customized training program. It covers both spokesperson managers and communications staff, who will help them prepare their speeches.?In crisis communication situations, every word and every intonation counts. The work involves both the techniques of the author and those of the actor: conceiving a message, then knowing how to embody it.

To create optimal conditions for role-playing, the workshops are led by a complementary pair. A journalist plays his or her own role, enabling the Acte Sept coach to maintain his or her consultative role.

These complex and ever-changing issues then require regular training. Refresher courses will be organized every year.
