Style exercise for 30 high-potential employees at TOTAL

Acte Sept's intervention was part of the final and highly strategic phase of a leadership program: the presentation of forward-looking topics to TOTAL's Executive Committee, including Patrick Pouyanné !

June 25, 2019 marked the culmination of the leadership program.

30 employees prepared to present the fruit of their collaborative thinking to TOTAL's Executive Committee.

On the menu were forward-looking topics such as the electric car, the referencing of alternative service providers and plastic recycling.

For the second year running, the Acte Sept coaches came into action in the home straight, coaching and challenging the 5 groups on :

• the angle of their presentation, on the essential message and objectives,
• structuring the content to ensure coherence between the projected material and the presentation, all in English,
• scripting their presentation to deliver a fluid, high-impact performance.

A high-flying exercise with high professional stakes !
