Acte Sept

“The important thing is to cook spaghetti” !!!!

That's the title of the seminar on simplicity designed for VINCI Construction France's communications department. If you've guessed what it's all about, you're in for a treat !

At Acte Sept, we know our communications staff well: we spent two days with them to stimulate their creativity in 2018, and they're great! So when Xavier Defaux, the Communications Director, talked about his desire to tackle the subject of simplicity in a team seminar, we were all over it !

Because, yes, even if we're agile at Acte Sept, we're also overwhelmed by processes, Excel docs to fill in, and meetings where by the time we get out of them, we can't remember what our job was in the first place... Yes, we all live in a complex world... But after 1 month of reflection, research in fields as wide-ranging as philosophy, social studies, artistic creation, and coaching and comm' techniques, we handed our copy in to Xavier, and he simply replied: GO !

So we met up with the communication department for 2 days in Nancy with 2 objectives: to practice simple communication with Positioned Communication®, and to test 2 powerful coaching tools to help us get back to basics and better orient ourselves in complex environments. All sprinkled with video vignettes to draw inspiration from examples of simplicity from the artistic world. In short, 2 energizing days in which we worked well together, and very simply, in fact ;)
