All Transform'actors ! : Chugai reinvents its customer relations in Covid mode.

In the wake of the health crisis, Chugai's medical sales representatives are putting into direct application the rules of creativity trained last January to reinvent their relationships with healthcare professionals.

Until the end of March, at Acte Sept, we were coaching Chugai visitors on the golden rules of creativity... And then came the COVID-19 crisis... So we all took a deep breath, exchanged a lot with Chugai, reviewed our objectives, and launched the “Tous transformateurs!” program, a direct application of the rules of creativity by visitors to reinvent their relationships with healthcare professionals. A program with 2 main objectives.

First objective : to understand change. What is change ? What reactions are generally observed ? How do we get through it ? A dedicated workshop and a webinair entitled “The Stress of Change” await visitors in early June. And to get some perspective between now and then, we've set them a challenge: re-watch the multi-awarded film “Le discours d'un roi” (The King's Speech) from the angle of the theme of change.

Second objective : reinvent communication in remote and face-to-face visit situations in Covid mode. Regardless of the channel, how can we reinvent our relationship with healthcare professionals and re-establish quality collaboration ? To answer these questions, Acte Sept coaches will be training visitors for two days in mid-June. In the meantime, visitors will be giving us feedback on their expectations and customer experiences, so that we can tailor our content as closely as possible to their needs. Because, yes, “Tous transform'acteurs !” is a totally tailor-made project for Chugai !
