From constraint comes creativity: Le Lab' Acte Sept is in full swing to help our customers break out of their confinement! A real Think Tank of 20 experts is working to revisit the challenges of spoken communication in post-confinement mode.

Since the start of containment, Acte Sept, like its customers, has adapted to the constraints imposed by Covid19.

After an initial period of listening to our customers' needs, we revisited our offer to provide operational, remote solutions for our customers and their teams during this exceptional period.

What about tomorrow? In the run-up to the still uncertain post-confinement period, Acte Sept coaches are meeting (remotely) within LabA7, a real think tank to :

• practice the keys to a successful relationship while respecting physical distance

• rethink the impact of my online or face-to-face spoken communication, taking into account an unprecedented emotional context,

• free up collective intelligence within dispersed teams,

• providing human support for teams returning to the company site

• or even identifying and responding to employees' needs in order to regain motivation and positive motivation...
