Post-Covid-19 modes of professional collaboration: will everything change ?

[+pagetitle+]

In every crisis, there is an opportunity : Canon Medical Systems has chosen to capitalize on the REX of its employees during the Covid-19 period to revisit its modes of collaboration and build for the future.

To respond to the urgency of the Covid-19 health crisis, we all had to review our working methods and organization. Employees, directors and managers all made considerable efforts to adapt in order to ensure business continuity: everyone experimented with new professional practices to maintain activity and links within the company.

For CANON Medical Systems, as for many others, this unprecedented period marked the company's professional history.

In a context where it is important to relaunch activity while taking into account the lessons learned from the period of confinement, CANON Medical Systems, supported by Acte Sept, wanted to capitalize on employee feedback to enrich ways of working and interacting, both in telecommuting and when returning to the office.

This approach is part of the annual internal communication program. It involves 2 questionnaires to share feelings at the end of the period of confinement and continuity of activity while teleworking, then at the end of the period of return to the office.

The lessons learned will then be used to continue enriching professional practices during the employee day, in the form of workshops and collective intelligence.
