Transport specialist Heppner embarks on e-relation with its customers.

A new customer, a new approach: a webinar and two practical video workshops, to ensure that this expert in transport and logistics solutions makes the transition to a secure and comfortable customer e-relationship !

The first port of call for the 200 sales reps, regional managers, branch managers and sales directors: Webinars hosted in French and English by a pair of Acte Sept presenters, with a maximum of 50 people to ensure participation.

On the agenda: sharing the tips that guarantee good remote communication !

Practical tips such as framing, lighting and positioning the eyes in a “prompter” style, as well as a look at how to make the most of a video meeting: visual aids shared on screen, rules for comfort when starting up, moments of conviviality that are just as important virtually as face-to-face...

The second stage: 2 practical workshops in small groups. For Acte Sept: a roll-out over the whole month of June by 5 coaches. These 2 workshops enabled each participant to apply the tips seen in the webinar, and to practice in a customer e-relation situation. Individual sessions were filmed and debriefed, with or without slides: a secure space for greater ease and comfort in e-communication !

To conclude the workshops: a creative brainstorming session on what we can do best in customer e-relations in line with Heppner values.

And yes: communicating remotely isn't about “trying to do as well as you do in real life”, it's a creative opportunity to enrich the customer relationship! A post-COVID take-off not to be missed ;-)
