30 high-potential employees from TotalEnergies take their final exams

Acte Sept's intervention was part of the last strategic phase of a leadership program : the presentation of forward-looking topics to the TotalEnergies Executive Committee, including Patrick Pouyanné !

June 23 and 24 saw the culmination of the leadership program.

30 employees were preparing to present the fruit of their collaborative thinking to the TotalEnergies Executive Committee.

On the menu were forward-looking topics such as Environmental Social Governance, hydrogen strategy, the current state of the manager-coach function, the multi-energy company, and more.

It was in this final stretch, and for the third time, that the Acte Sept coaches sprang into action, coaching and challenging the 5 groups on :

• the angle of their presentation, the essential message and objectives,
• structuring the content to ensure coherence between the projected material and the presentation, all in English,
• scripting their presentation to deliver a fluid, impactful performance.

A grand oral with a high professional stakes !
