CAP or not CAP to organize a Convention in Phygital mode ?

CAP 2021, the Annual Convention of Canon Medical France teams, took place in a new format, entirely phygitalized, rhythmic and interactive, on a stage designed in the colors of the corporate project and via a secure platform.

In 2021, Canon Medical France is focusing on Cooperation, Adaptation and Performance, and has decided, less than a month before the event, to transform its annual convention into a phygital event. Acte Sept has risen to the challenge, and together with its coaches and partners, is offering a convention that may be remote, but where innovation, interactivity, exchanges and fun will set the pace over the two days.

The convention was broadcast via streaming, and the participation of the 150 employees was managed via an interactivity platform where each course was individualized. Sequences followed one another in a wide variety of formats to illustrate the “CAP 2021” theme :

• 2 members of the Board of Directors put on an original show to honor loyal employees and new recruits.
• At the same time, 10 Acte Sept coaches led a fun workshop-challenge on the theme of Feedback, followed by a workshop on Multichannel. These workshops were then followed up in commando mode !
• 2 Canon Medical employees gave a duplex demonstration of remote maintenance, provoking a multitude of questions on the chat.
• 2 speakers, one in duplex, the other on stage, addressed CAP issues by drawing parallels between their profession and that of the company, eliciting laughter and emotion.
