BMS : team cohesion around a day of workshops "à la carte"

Acte Sept marked with a white stone the meeting in person of the medical management of BMS at Bellevilloise, on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. With team cohesion as the priority, Acte Sept highlighted its playful and relaxed approach.

The day was a total success, not only conducive to exchanges and strengthening links between the 120 participants, but also constructive in its content: Acte Sept took up the challenge of mobilizing 9 coaches to offer participants an «à la carte» choice 3 workshops among the 9 scheduled, wide range of topics mixing spoken communication techniques (pitching in two minutes, developing his spoken voice), opportunities to boost his creativity (creative thinking, writing path)and subjects oriented personal development (tools of mental preparation, giving and receiving feedback, managing one’s time). The mix of theoretical and practical aspects of the Acte Sept approach was very much appreciated by participants. And if the expertise, kindness and good energy of the coaches have allowed a collective enrichment, each participant leaves having worked on subjects that interested him specifically.

The end of the day was led by Olivier Yéni, leader of Acte Sept, around a «Smart Talk» aperitif that really seduced. In five-minute rounds, participants met to discuss a catchy topic. What a beautiful transition for the party that was waiting for everyone !
