Bring together and stimulate the “high potentials” of Heppner University

Acte Sept has accompanied the Heppner University 2022, 25 talented employees from different backgrounds, with the dual objective of initiating a spirit of corps and improving their oratory impact in view of their project defenses before the COMEX.

Our coaches are pleased to have been able to combine seriousness and pleasure in order to use the strength of the group spirit for collective progress.

First, we once again showed ingenuity to develop a new original and friendly evening to bring together employees who did not know each other. The Panini album of the promotion worked well, it was an opportunity to break the ice and to exchange with each member of the Casting of Excellence, in an informal and relaxed way. The dynamic created was instrumental in the success of the second evening entitled “Fun and Values”, where coaches supervised the production and performance of improvised sketches based on Heppner’s values. This privileged time has strengthened ties, boosted creativity and allowed everyone to gain in ease in terms of speaking and appropriation of the stage space.

All this preparatory work and the links forged between coaches and participants made project support coaching more effective: many targeted advice were given to the different groups in preparation for their passage before the COMEX, In particular on anchoring, the formulation of key messages, the use of space, speaking passages, the effectiveness of introductions and conclusions, the clarity of presentation media,... as many tips as the participants listened to and followed carefully. The intervention of a sophrologist on D-day concluded the complete work of our teams to de-stress and energize the participants before going on stage.
