A return to face-to-face meetings in Acting mode for Suez/Veolia?
The 50 managers of the Suez IWS Minerals France team were finally reunited at the time of the merger with Veolia. For 2 days, Acte Sept led the Commerce seminar, humorously guiding the team through this phase of change.
ISpring is back, and so is the classroom !
Suez entrusted us with the running of its Commerce seminar, creating a convivial and festive atmosphere in a context of potentially destabilizing change.
The Acte Sept team welcomed the managers with a micro-trottoir full of winks about the process underway, which ended with a song. Co-written especially for the occasion by Bruno Chapelle and Olivier Yéni, and set to music by Alain Bernard, the song resonated throughout the seminar.
5 coaches accompanied 5 groups of employees in writing, directing and performing offbeat sketches illustrating themes directly linked to current events in the merger. The aim was to put on a “live” performance in which everyone's creativity could be put to full use, and to distance themselves from the prevailing context of uncertainty.
The “Hommage à la VFQ” (Variété Française de Qualité) evening, hosted by our Guest Star Alain Bernard, kept participants glued to the piano until late into the night, in a joyful and convivial atmosphere.
Pleasure was at the heart of this seminar, and we're delighted.
