Kick-off for IPSEN HRBP training program

From Singapore to Los Angeles, 40 HRBPs from IPSEN's Learning & Development Teams embarked with Acte Sept on a 6-month training program aimed at boosting the dynamism and sophistication of their strategy.

How can HRBP practices be harmonized internationally? How to increase their influence on local teams ? How to talk about results ?

For IPSEN, Acte Sept has devised a tailor-made 6-month assertiveness program based on Pitch, Storytelling and Non-verbal. Each stage will be validated by a series of KPI's attesting to the increased skills of employees.

The program began with a face-to-face kick-off. This reconnection with one another augured well for the subsequent stages of the program, which combines group work sessions and self-study, as well as face-to-face and remote modalities.

The hardest part of the story will remain finding common video slots that respect time zones :)
