More fun than ever for the WTW sales seminar

Willis Towers Watson (formerly Grassavoye) once again entrusted Acte Sept with the design and running of its April sales seminar, which the company wanted to be fun and offbeat.

“What if we organized a seminar to celebrate our successes, honor our new name, and finally get together and work together !

And that's how Acte Sept, with its expertise in animation, came up with an event during which all subjects, even the most serious, would be dealt with in a playful way.

Transposing the Plaine Saint Denis studios into a Châteauform', we were almost there. The production of cult TV game shows, skilfully scripted and hosted by Acte Sept's crazy comedians, enabled employees to experience 3 highlights directly linked to the objectives set :

“Une famille en or": a show during which 15 teams of 10 salespeople challenged each other on offers and other key sales information.

“Who wants to be my customer ?” or how to detect customer needs and provide solutions. For the occasion, a WTW expert played the role of the customer, sometimes indecisive, sometimes completely devious. The best customer approach was shared in a large group and rewarded.

A “Caesar ceremony” to congratulate and thank employees and share success stories.

Acte Sept still knows how to have fun at work !
