Nuvia France puts its employees on stage to illustrate its Prevention Plan

At the seminar for 250 Nuvia France managers, the video format was chosen to present the new Prevention Plan for VINCI's Nuclear Works subsidiary. Our employees, both authors and actors, did the job !

The “Prevention Plan” sequence is a must for all VINCI company seminars. Nuvia France, which works on major nuclear projects, is no exception to the rule.

Prevention is an all the more strategic subject, and it's all the more important to raise it in an original and impactful way to get employees on board and cultivate the right reflexes.

7 employees, authors and actors, coached by Acte Sept, set about illustrating 3 pillars of the Prevention Plan in video format :

• integrating new employees

• prevention at the heart of our rituals

• impactful managerial presence

Working sessions between Nuvia and Acte Sept focused on identifying risky situations, writing scenarios, scripting role-playing scenarios and formulating the lessons to be learned from each playlet.

Presented at the seminar, these videos are also used for educational purposes during training and induction sessions.
