Successful highlight at Nuvia Structure, VINCI Construction's nuclear works subsidiary

A high-stakes seminar at a customer at the heart of the nuclear industry, Acte Sept was on hand to convey ultra-motivating perspectives to 320 employees.

It's back to face-to-face seminars at Nuvia Structure, for the first time since October 2019. These 2 days were eagerly awaited to :

Celebrate the successes of 2021 and 2022, deliver the results of the Excellence workshops over 5 years, promote the appropriation of strategic and operational challenges ;

Bring on board the 100 new employees, get to know our new management team better, prepare for future recruitments.

Celebrate the reunion in a dynamic and fun state of mind.

Acte Sept is no stranger to this kind of configuration, and once again deployed its StoryLab to support speakers in terms of content and form, and convert this major corporate meeting into a high value-added event.

Firstly, our coaches helped the Codir to structure their presentations. Despite the highly technical content, they provided real methodological and practical help in structuring, clarifying and energizing the speech : identifying key messages and the common thread, structuring sequences, preparing content and taking care with transitions.?

Afterwards, the speakers took advantage of a number of special sessions to practice their form: formulation, expression, scripting... these training sessions, specifically dedicated to this event, also enabled the coachees to leave with real tools for their future interventions.

In addition, Acte Sept really livened up the plenary session, thanks to the humor and professionalism of Olivier Yéni as moderator, as well as his participative moderation formats, but also thanks to the creation of content in a variety of formats, giving rhythm and meeting the objectives of the seminar. In particular, we presented the new codir in a friendly, offbeat way, with a Fast and Curious video (designed, shot and edited by Acte Sept).
