Holder of a degree in Education and Coaching Practices from the Université de Paris VIII, Katia developed a career as a training consultant before becoming a professional coach and communications trainer. She has been fortunate enough to work in a variety of professional environments, from an SME to a communications agency, and a major international group in between–different types of organisations that have made her want to work “alongside them”, to help individuals as well as groups fulfil their potential, regain their power, move forward steadily while remaining clear about their aims and the means to achieving them.
