As a coach Nathalie holds an engineering degree as well as a MSc degree in General Management. She worked for 12 years in the aeronautics and building industries. Nathalie sees everyone as being endowed with their own specific resources and potential to emerge as authentic leaders. When she gives support to Directors and Managers, she provides them with a setting wherein they can practice and discover the tips and tricks that « work » for them. Her tools evolved from her Black Belt experience in industry transformations and career coaching techniques for professional actors. She is a certified CCTI® consultant and uses this indicator insights to help individuals find and reinforce their leadership styles.

As an actress and filmmaker Nathalie started working as an actress in Barcelona, 12 years ago. She is now facilitator in Voice Dialogue, a Franco-American technique to help actors develop their career … and she just can’t wait to produce her second short film.
